We are dedicated to helping you reach your fitness goals ...whether it's losing weight, improving strength and stamina or lessening back pain. We work with individuals of all ages, sizes and fitness levels.

​Our services include:
  • Assessment of current fitness level, body composition, blood pressure and diet
  • Creation of personalized weight and body fat reduction plans
  • Design of flexibility and stretching routines
  • Creation of lower back and abdominal strengthening programs
  • Development of muscular strength and endurance programs
  • Services at flexible locations including in-home or on-site community fitness centers

​Sessions are 50 minutes in length. All exercise equipment is provided. An initial fitness assessment is required with all training packages. The fitness assessment is conducted by your trainer.
